Ya know, I was thinking the other day, that Lac'Nala, would be just about three quarters Elf, since he is of a Dunedain and Elven mixture. I was wondering has he chosen to be mortal or immortal?

Sounds good. Technically we are right making our way across the Lands of Rhovanion. Guess it really depends on how much time we spend in the Valley of Azanulbizar. Once we reach the river, Anduin we will be in Mirkwood.

If the name of the Plains needs to be corrected go right ahead and correct my post as well. It was just a oversite by me. You know every once in a while I must prove to you all I am human and prone to mistakes.

It is of no concern. If everyone checks out one of the maps in the 'World of Gladsheim' topic, they'll see precisely where we are and where we are going. Depending on how long the chapter lasts we may want to alter the title at some point, but it's a trivial detail.

My thinking was that the chapters should be changed as we enter new lands. My reasoning for this is 1.) it will be easier to archieve and reference 2.) it is a new phase in the journey and lastly when the tale finally has run it's course it will make it easier to catalog and read in the Libraries of Bifrost Bridge. Should a future generation want to expand on a particular land's history of the passing of our group.

I was kind of picturing Jack Rose looking somewhat like Legolas, minus the ears. I also made the eyes a pale blue, although it's a little difficult to see. Oh, well sleepy time then on the road in the morning... see ya!

Lac'Nala is mortal although he is blessed with longevity. I suspect his life span would be several centuries long.

OK, Jack, here's the deal with the poison...

Drows favor neurotoxins that take a long, agonizing time to kill their rivlas. Made mostly of spider venom, the poison can be flushed from the system with the right antidote. It wouldn't be difficult for those onthe ethereal realm to discover the antitoxin but until then, the stranger is going to be in some serious pain througout his body and he will begin to hallucinate before it's all said and done.

And the wound will leave a permanent scar thanks to the poison.

I plan on bringing Jin back among the group when they reach Lothlorien.

Yes, it would work out better if Jin were not among the group when they enter the Golden Wood.

I figure the group could use an good rest period. They have been going strong for quite some time and Jack needs to get some help for his wound.

Aye it would be nice to have some time for dialogue and a little more character development while not dodging arrows and swords.

I agree, great post RP, I will be posting some dalogue between Lac and the Elves as well as some between Galdrial and her guest over the weekend..I should be able to catch up on all the threads by then, barring any unforeseen circumstances.

I figured this will give all of us a break in having to post something because of a lot of action taking place. Not to mention, as Tiph stated, allow for some much needed dialogue between the Elves and Lac as well as dialogue between our different characters.

Yes superbly written. The Golden Wood has many secrets yet to be revield and the Elves know much more than they first appear to know.

Awesome. This is good place to hang out for a while.

We have not heard from Krakyn in some time, nor has he replied to any of his PM's. I feel that in his absence instead of just dragging Beldegir along, that I might run him as an additional character. Of course he is still, Krakyn's but it seems a pity to not have more dialogue with the Dwarf. We have all on occasion directed him, but what say I bring him to life a little more, as can we all from time to time. He seems a good character to use as a liaison.
