I should think there is enough information to help you write, Morgan's return now. Hope you don't feel stifled... you should still have plenty of wiggle room to write your story. I am looking forward to Morgan's return. The character has actually matured over the course of the story, which is very believable.

If you have any concerns about the current setting I would just follow your instincts and write away... if you stray a little to far, I'll let you know precisely how to amend your post quickly and concisely, but I don't think you'll have any problem jumping back in.

Your post was spot on, Tiph. The encounter with the bikers fits right in with Tim's character. Especially with him being an former Navy Seal and Dallas Undercover Policeman. I also liked the reference made to Trimble.

You'll have to give Wraith some guidance in the Timble house, and yes, I am aware that Yelena is in there somewhere... plus Conswella, the housekeeper. Wraith can be become the wind in a split second so he can easily avoid 'normal people', especially ones who are just moving around normally.

Meta-humans, though, especially crime fighters are much more perceptive.

So, RPM. Where precisely is Yelena? Since Wraith is prowling around the Timble place looking for Tim he will most likely run into her. Naturally, he's not going to recognize her so I'll just role-play it accordingly.

I figure I'll just write the place as we go along, but Lac will have to fill in the particulars, specifically any hidden things of Henery that might be uncovered.

Okay, thanks guys. If all works out well, I will have my own internet tomorrow night. Am working out how I want to summarize what Morgan has gone through in her growth as well as with Sasha/Frank. Would it be feasible to say that by killing Sasha/Frank she absorbed some of their abilities i.e. control of insects, mental projection (which she is uncomfortable with, even frightened of) and the ability to sense other mutants. The latter would be very weak, as in she would have to be in close proximity in order to sense them like within 20 yards. The mental projection may be a long shot and if acceptable, this too would be somewhat weak. Her main abilities would be the animals and insects and this has grown by leaps and bounds with her aunt's help. Let me know what you think.

The key to playing one with 'super-powers' is balance. From what you've just said you obviously understand that.

This is my take on Morgan, and this is only my opinion.

Her control of these new powers should be difficult. Using the insect control, could easily back fire until she understands it better. Frank's ability of being able to sense mutants would most likely have a greater range than you mentioned. I would actually make it more like five city blocks or so. The trick with that power isn't range, its accuracy. Sure she can detect a mutant (that she has been previously made aware of, remember she needs to know something about their abilities or them) but in the beginning, Morgan is going to have a very difficult time pinpointing their specific location. It should start out being a two hundred yard radius or something, but eventually it will narrow.

Another thing, is that when she uses these new abilities, she should struggle with the presence of either Sasha or Frank creeping into her mind. This is just an idea, and one that I don't think should dominate her character, but once in a while these other personalities might influence her. This might be something you can have some fun with. I dunno.

Anyway... that's my two cents worth.

That new Green Hornet movie looks awesome. I love Kato! I really like that its comedic, I just don't think it would have made it as a serious action flick.

Seems there's a bit of controversy with it though, concerning Donny Yen. I didn't look to far into it, but I do know that he had a move out called 'The Return of Chen Zhen'. Now, Chen was the avenging student of Master Huo Yuanjia and apparently he's back and kicking ass with the lightening fast kicks of Donny Yen, only he's running around the streets dressed like Kato. It's weird.

Yelena set up house in the little ranch house Tim has set up on the line of his property.

So I hope the post I made makes sense to everyone. I thinking Tim and Yelena will hear the gunshot from Henry's revolver when he shot the snake that was trying to get a hold of Agent Mitchell.

Oh... no way. I slightly recalled her moving into some other house, but it was foggy. That was perfect. Wraith is just following his instincts.

No RP, your post worked out perfectly. Tim was arriving at the line shack and Wriath is only following the logical path, with his knowledge, that Tim would take.

In Wraith's case he is going to have to decide whether or not to keep on looking for Tim, or to get on with his mission. I think though in the best interest of the story, he is going the Rutherford route. Most likely, he'll head back to Arnett and hit the locals up for some info. That should be fun!

The prospect of an investigation where Mitchell and Henery teamed up, but you guys know how logical my old brain is.

I thought, first, Mitchell's old horse isn't up for chasing down a truck and secondly I thought that Wraith would most likely catch sight of the action and investigate so hopefully this didn't put a damper on things. It just seemed a logical course of action.

I really wasn't sure in what direction Arnett would be in relation to the Circle T ranch, so I just had Wraith head northward and explained it away as him trying to get his bearings.

I sense a fight in the near future.

Now, Harley DeCamp's men, which are basically a collection of other gangs, whose leaders follow him, are going to start combing the area of Arnett and beyond trying to track down their lost shipment.

I'll leave up to you guys to pick the logical places they would search first, if you want to direct them. I imagine that no matter what precautions are taken, information will eventually leak out, that will lead the bad guys to Henery, but who's to say how long that will take.

I just thought I'd bring a couple of the sub-character's to the foreground to start. Harley DeCamp and Carnicero (Butcher) should be among the strongest of the sub-character baddies, while all others can be dispatched at your leisure of course.

I don't know if Harley is a Meta-human. He could be. If he is, he would have abilities that are easily concealed since no one has ever seen him perform any sort of stereo-typical Meta-humans things, other than he's fast and strong. These are traits, though that could also be Human.

I think Harley should be just one wacked out psycopath. Much like the bikers in the original story line. Wraith can continue on to find the doctor and Kaleb's attention can be split between finding the drug cartel and finding cowboy. In fact he may use the drug cartel to draw cowboy out. Knowing how much Tim hates drug dealers, remember it was dealers that killed his wife and son.

Exactly. I was thinking on those lines. i already have an idea that connects the shipment of cocaine to Doctor Jacobson. This idea of course is tentative, mainly because it is reliant upon the story holding a specific course and if it doesn't... it doesn't. Its so boring to have everything planned out too far ahead, eh?

On the short scale though, I do agree that Harley should be a complete nut. He kills on a whim, and the guys obsessed with playing solitaire... I thought it would be cool if the guy always seemed to have a pack of cards on him. If he can't make up his mind he'll shuffle them a bit and use the draw to make his mind up for him... things like that. The character just seemed to write himself. He's one of those characters that I think should be written on sheer randomness. The guys obviously gotta few screws loose... but we can't discount the fact that for some reason the guy IS a successful business man. Maybe, he's just good at scaring people into doing what he wants, but what he wants tends to make him money.

Like I was saying before... I am not sure if Harley should be a Meta. I alluded to him killing a good friend for mentioning he might be, but that could be taken two ways. Either he hates Meta's OR he's pissed about being one. He has no idea who his father was, so maybe Dad might have been a Meta... I dunno. That can definitely be something that can be developed later on.

Sounds great, again I think it would play better if he was just a psychopath, loose cannon type. Not a Meta
