Oooh... mobsters vs. villains... sounds very very fun ^_^ I've been itching to get Grey into some good combat. I haven't been able to really show off his talents.

Yeah, Kasai, the way I see it if we have some villain on villain combat, it's no holds barred. It would definitely give Grey a chance to show what he's made of, and get some payback. We also have to take some innocent people along the way and do some serious (though not excessive) damage to the city. We want the villains to get the attention of the heroes, then maybe even Bronze Devil might come out of retirement if we end up having some serious confrontations.

I wanted to give you a chance to post something for Grey, but I guess I really didn't give you much wiggle room. Let me know what you want to do, cause otherwise I'll move the to the 'Scavenger's Offer' post.

I'll go ahead and post something short for Grey just to kind of clarify his remaining injuries, etc.

Was doing a little bit of editing on my last posts. Fixing up some errors and adding some details. Should be all done now.

I am thinking that Scavenger, Grey and Amazon can be used to bring the 'bad guys' to life. I am not sure at this point if in fact they are working for UMBRA and Apex Fusion or not, I am just keeping their leader in the shadows for now until something in the story demands that their presence become known.

UMBRA can be just another part of the organized crime in Chicago. Any one who is a part of UMBRA, however, will have the symbol branded or tattooed somewhere on their body that they can quickly reveal to others. Some may even have it plain sight. I think that UMBRA should employ the use of Humans as well as Meta's, they are essentially a group that believes that Meta-humans should rule, and there are probably some lowly Human gang-members or lawyers on board with being a member of the winning team in the end.

As for the Prison Break, the heroes are not yet aware that Silicone was involved, but we don't know yet whether or not she was a willing participant. I believe we should try and weave a complex plot around the one who orchestrated the prison break. We can just keep on throwing in clues once in a while and see where they take us. Right now Sigma is focusing on the investigation, so he'll be gathering all the clues and trying to make sense of them. Through his character I can try and combine the clues into some sort of plot.

Cool. I have some other little things I might throw in if someone else doesn't toss some other things in first. I just think that an investigation and maybe some encounters with meta-human villains is a nice mellow way for the characters (and the writers of course) to get used to Chicago.

We do however have the intense story line of Morgan and Frank that I haven't forgotten, but that's not exactly a "Chicago" themed plot, just like "Shinnigami" is another outside element.

Grey's story, however, though a New York one has the potential to easily link up with Chicago. He just has to drift from the pocket of one mobster to another. This will be pretty cool, because this is going to turn Kasai into a "Villain" Writer. Hee hee. She has one foot in with Grey, and all it's going to take is a little nudge to make her cross the line completely. Then there's no coming back. Muhahahaha!

Lac, when 'Tim' is ready to read Morgan's journal, do you want me to write something down about it for Tim to read and if so, then, would I write it as a normal post or put it somewhere else?

I've also been working on Morgan and Frank's post, making sure to leave it open for the others and for the search. I'll get it posted tomorrow or Monday. Thanks for all of the tips, Tiph.

I think that would be best. That way we will both know what she wrote and it will make logical sense latter on in the story. Make sense?

Hmmmm... come to think of it, you're right! Well, then Miss Darkside, I think you're going to be enjoying yourself in Chicago. I personally would like to see the villains as more three dimensional characters, rather than the usual black and white types.

We have UMBRA who wants to overturn Human society and Beacon has it's hands in both the Resistance and Umbra, manipulating both sides through their puppets.

RAID can also have undercover meta's and Humans who are working to infiltrate both Umbra and Resistance as well, so we can throw moles into the mix. Who, knows? Maybe one of the main characters is a spy for another agency. The possibilities are endless.

I posted about Morgan's journal and that is all I'm going to post where she is concerned until everyone else has caught up time wise.

I've tried to make Grey more three-dimensional as I've written him...He's kind of a.. well.. gray character to begin with ... But yeah Chicago sounds like its going to be quite fun ^_^

Hmmm... a new chapter would be in order I believe. Personally, I find that when we keep the chapters shorter, it is far easier to look back for information and write summaries.

I thought it was time that you received some moderator status over Heroes, since that is your cup of tea, so-to-speak. I am sure that RPM and Lac will agree with me that as a senior member and one of the original 'Nines', you should be granted the privilege to be able to moderate if you so choose. You will now have the ability to unlock and lock threads, should you ever wish to add things to topic archives and such. There's no real other responsibilities, you simply have a little more control should you wish or need to exercise it. Oh, and your name has a cool colour. Is blue okay? You could have anything else but red. Red jumps out like a bullseye on the page, so I'd rather keep the colours subdued.
