This is just an example of how to set up a scenario with well defined parameters.
I have not made this with any intentions to create a story, but other people may feel free to use this shell if they so choose.
There are many holes that still need to be filled, but they are details that one can fill during role-play.
Please do not be intimidated by the detail in this scenario. People are free to create stories as they see fit and parameters can be set in a group discussion. Eventually, though, when all is said and done, your scenario will inevitably have a structure similar to OFF-WORLD.
Because our stories are continuous they require a history so that writers are able to delve into a past in order to perpetuate the scenario. If our stories had a definite end point, then one could easily stay in the present, but that is not the case with the majority of them. Establishing a brief history in the form of a time line makes it convenient for other writers to expand on and develop a rich history to assist in developing their character and the world.
