Finding The Way Back From Destruction Empty
PostSubject: Finding The Way Back From Destruction   Finding The Way Back From Destruction Icon_minitimeMon Dec 01, 2014 7:43 pm

It had been a hundred years since the great battle leaving few dragons and riders left. What few were left along with the villagers had run to hide in the northeastern mountains of Aurea. The Lizonians, with the help of the five sorcerers, had won a great victory...not the war, but a large enough victory that had decimated the dragons, riders and villagers. There were a few Lizonians, not agreeing with what their kind were doing, that had defected and were now helping the Drakonians, dragons and their riders.

In these hundred years, others had also come out. Dragon fighters. During the battle, the sorcerers had turned some of the dragons, turning them into something out of horror stories. The dragons did as their masters bade them to do, attacking villages, kidnapping women and young men for slaves, fighting their fellow dragons and their riders in the sky.

Along with these killer dragons was born the dragon hunters, something no one ever thought they would see in the world of Drakonia yet the sorcerers had not left the Drakonians a choice. As the years went by though some of these dragon hunters began to not tell the difference between a dragon with a rider and a dragon under a sorcerer's influence. The villagers and other dragon hunters tried to teach them the difference and some of them did finally see while others refused.

The time was fast approaching now for the rebellion to begin again. There were secret meetings, councils were being formed, riders trained and new dragons being hatched. But in the hundred years creatures had mutated, some going extinct while others became more dangerous. The lizonians for one.

Some had grown smarter.....stronger...faster. Becoming leaders. Making them more dangerous. There were other races too that had come out of hiding....races that had been hiding in the very mountains of Aurea for centuries. The Felitonians, a cat/human like race of only a few hundred. They were graceful, beautiful creatures with large green, gold, copper or blue eyes their pupils like slits of a cats. Their noses were somewhat flattened but not horribly so with high cheekbones, curved canines, long legs and graceful arms. The women were beautiful and sleek were the males were strong and well built. They both sported tails that, like a cat's, spoke of their emotions depending on how the tail moved. All had long hair, some black, some blond, some red others were light reddish/beige with black streaks. Both would purr or growl, depending on the situation and retractable claws in their fingertips.

The other race was called the Caninotians. A wolf like race that had also hid at the opposite end of the mountains. They were very family oriented living in clans or packs. The women were strong, busty, curved and strong. The men were tall, muscular and handsome. The women sported long, thick hair that was always worn long and thick. Some had black, some silver, some beige. The men had the same hair. Eyes were amber, golden or light brown with gold flecks. Both sported longer than normal canines, sharp and pointed. Their ears were slightly pointed, and they would both growl and fight viciously to protect their clans or packs.

Both of these new races accepted the Drakonians, the riders and the dragons, working together to help them survive as they had for centuries. Some had even found mates within the Drakonian people, strengthening and building the Drakonian race.

The time was coming to fight back....to take back what the Lizonians and sorcerers had taken from them.

Let the fight back from destruction begin.

PostSubject: Re: Finding The Way Back From Destruction   Finding The Way Back From Destruction Icon_minitimeTue Dec 02, 2014 3:44 pm

Marwo yawned a little his older brother twitched at his actions the room was stuffed with heads of clans and many of the Celtian politicians people all arguing over the results of the war. Who owned what, the roles of each clan, why grudges needed to be settled, taxes but then talk of reestablishing contact with the Drakonian came up. Marwo almost wanted to scoff at the idea as he let a small chuckle leave his lips, the Celtian's had not come to their aid as they had been skirmishing with the Lizonians firstly. Then civil war between the tribes finally the clan of the bear won barely.

Rumors surrounded the civil war no ones intelligence network seemed reliable or better yet reliable. The Bears won? The victory had most of the gazes pointing at Marwo the seventh son. Many had sided and believed the clan of the crow would have ruled with their mighty dragon riders yet...not so? He felt a bitterness continue against his family not accepting this rag tag band of warriors had won as the topic continued on who would be sent as an envoy to the Drakonians. The eldest brother smiled, sinister intentions written on his expression this suddenly caught Marwo's attention. "We shall send our highest decorated soldier." All eyes turned to him the 'Dragon Slayer'... 'The Sorceress Advocate' The one grey eye left in Marwo's skull drank in their gazes as he cursed the tact in this room. Even now the shattered lance was the emblem on his heavy plate armor and was forced to hang above the fireplace in the long hall to symbolize their power in the recent war.

He saw his younger brother notice this choice as he was about to ask why the Fifth son 'The diplomat' would not go for it was against the fate of the family. but the fact the head of bear had been mysteriously ill meaned no one could stop the eldest brother from taking this choice and his young brother didn't raise his voice to question the grander fates he was smart enough to know politics were at play. Marwo stood slowly and bowed before the grand crowd as he let this victory be the Eldest Brothers.

"I shall head out on the next Eagle and regain contact with the Drakonian."

As he turned on his heels the heavy plate clicking and ringing as he made his leave the younger brother quickly apologized to the gathering and made to leave as was his duty and leaving the table Marwo like his younger brother afterall they hated politics together his younger brother being the eighth would never have to touch such dirty subjects as the prospective dragon rider unless brothers began to die. The thought had Marwo smile but then his brothers fate was to be the sword bearer for the 'fated' general of the Bear clan.

He left the room his younger brother practically bouncing behind him as he carried the longsword of their clan as he had to ask. "So how did you beat the dragons they say you came into the camp glowing and glorified but the sergeant i asked said you were a mess and took them on with a prowess never seen among... humans." The pause had Marwo smile and he saw his brother still beaming the lad was of age yet he still had an innocent nature he hadn't entered the war simply sat in camp waiting for his 'Mad' brother to return. "Let's just say it was worth talking to that sorcerer but I still wonder, maybe we should have let the Crows lead." The younger brother gasped at the idea of treason but he shook it off as they wouldn't stab one another in the back like the eldest. "Come on lets go to the land of dragons as a dangerous slayer I am sure they will approve of my presence." Especially after their Emissary reported on the war wanting to prove that we didn't intentionally let Aurea be half invaded and trampled on instead finding a Clan with a General who killed Dragons willingly and kill many to prevent supplies from being stolen or reaching enemy lines.

Marwo and his brother stepped out into the eagle pens seeing the trainers controlling the mounts a hairbreadth away from total anarchy they saw the heavy chest carrying weapons for them both but mostly Marwo they greeted the trainer/rider. Marwo wanted to try flying the creatures the grand eagles mutatedly huge compared to a normal eagle alone he feared he would find himself in an early grave as much as his brothers wanted that. He climbed up with the rider his brother smiling as he went to pet another of the eagles, no words uttered as the rider guessed where the 'esteemed' general was heading while his younger brother dragged the heavy chest to another eagle that eyed him contemptuously but he crawled onto its back expertly and was soon getting the eagle to pick up the chest in its iron shod claws and carry him. Marwo was almost jealous of his little brothers ease in befriending the animal and understanding of flight he could see why the rumors he would be taking dragon training after they beat the sorcerers if they ever won to be true, Marwo sighed as the journey began knowing this trip could end badly.

PostSubject: Re: Finding The Way Back From Destruction   Finding The Way Back From Destruction Icon_minitimeFri Dec 05, 2014 8:50 pm

Finding The Way Back From Destruction Indian10Sienna was running...but then again, when wasn't she? It seemed as if the girl hardly ever walked, always in search of a new adventure. Her pack was used to her being gone for days at a time, knowing that if she was in trouble a wild wolf or fox would come to their village and alert her family as she had a strange connection to the canines.

She'd been gone now for three days, having gotten word that the Celtian Bear clans were actually riding the great eagles and she wanted to see for herself. She was being cautious though, already having to have to hide from a small scouting group of Lizonians and not the ones who were helping the Drakonians against the sorcerers. They were searching for the dragon riders' lair but she knew they would never find them. The dragon riders and their dragons were too good at what they did.

Still, it didn't stop her from her newest adventure....seeing if the rumors were true about the Bear clan. Once she'd found out she was going to head to the Drakonian stronghold and visit with her friends before heading back to her own clan.

She'd come to a open meadow, crouched low just inside the treeline. Using her senses, she waited, making sure that it was safe to cross as she would be completely vulnerable until the reached the other side. She was glad she'd chosen to pack light, carrying only a small pack with two changes of clothing, small washing bar scented with amber, her beloved brush and a drying cloth. She also had dried meats and her water bladder. Her clothing was simply, a one shoulder strap halter top, deerskin pants and soft deerskin boots. Her long hair was tied back at the sides, leaving it hanging down to her waist. She had two blades, one was a dagger the blade about four inches long strapped to her left thigh. There was a shortsword strapped to her right thigh.

Sensing it was clear she left the treeline and began to make her across the meadow. The meadow itself was rather large, at least four hundred yards across. She was to the middle when she heard the cry of Lizonians. Looking to the north end of the meadow she saw them...it was the scouting party of about five and they'd spotted her. Even though she was a good fighter, she was outnumbered five to one and was smart enough to know that she could not beat those odds....not with Lizonians and not if these had dipped the tips of the talons into the poison as they were known to do. She turned back around, running hoping she would make it to the trees where she would be in her element but they'd been hiding in the tall grass and were closing in on her.

Finding The Way Back From Destruction Indian10Sienna was almost to the trees when the first bolo wrapped around her ankles, bringing her down hard with a 'thud', all but knocking the wind from her. She scrambled to roll over, looking down to see the two foot long strip of rawhide with a ball at each end wrapped tightly around both her ankles. She began to untangle the balls, trying to free herself before the scouting party of the five lizonians made it to her. Breathing a sigh of relief when she finally freed herself, she kept hold of the bolo as she rose, seeing that the scouting party was now even closer, only about fifty yards from her and coming fast. She turned to head to the trees only to cry out as her left ankle gave out, having been twisted and bruised when the bolo had wrapped around her ankles, one of the heavy balls hitting the outside bone. She got to her feet again, gritting her teeth against the pain, ignoring the sharpness shooting up her calf as she limped as fast as she could to the trees. She only had about twenty more yards to go and was now wondering if she should have waited to see the rumors were true about the Celtian Bear clans riding the great eagles. But, it was too late now.

She just made it inside the treeline when heard the cry of the leader of the scouting party ordering his men to enter the trees, find her and bring her to him. She shivered, knowing that he meant to take her to whichever sorcerer he bowed to and she'd rather die first. She wished now that she had the claws of the Felitoinians, the cat like people that lived to the north. Then she could climb the trees and make her way along the heavy branches above the scouting party. But....she wasn't. She was a Canitonian...her ancestors were the great Celtian wolves. She was a fighter. But she wasn't stupid. Five to one odds were not in her favor as she darted in and out of the trees, her ankle throbbing.

She was slowing and she knew it but they were still too close for her to stop. She could feel her ankle swelling, her boot now tight around the swollen joint she felt something whiz by her head. She watched as a thin arrow embedded itself into a tree right by her and knew then that had decided to either wound her or kill her. She didn't even have time to stop and give a howl out to her clan for help so she projected her mind out as she limped as fast as she could, knowing that the village of the great Celtian Bear clan was not much further. Maybe a few miles at best. If only her ankle held out. Her mind projected out, she located a small red fox, projecting images of what was happening to her, who was chasing her and her injury. Giving a mental push, she sent the small canine on to the Bear village hoping and praying that they wouldn't eat the poor thing and would instead pay attention to it as it would try to tell them that someone was in trouble. Another thin arrow whizzed past her shoulder, and she shuddered. They were getting better in their aim.

Marwo slowly opened his one eye the frost lightly stuck to its lashes flying at such high altitude was cold and had its problems. He heard the long cry of the eagle as it tilted he couldn't help but croak. "What is the issue?" The eagle rider shook and didn't seem to know as Marwo looked down between the clouds as he nodded his head. "Scale faces down at three o'clock." The eagle rider stared for the longest time bring it lower they whistled past the clearing as he gasped. "You have the eye worthy of a Hawk Rider." Marwo gritted his teeth. "Bring it round do a moving disembarkation." The Eagle rider stared at Marwo the longest time and realized why. As his brother let go of the chest and brought his eagle around the light of fun in the lads eyes.

"Damn it!" Marwo knew his brother was a little unhinged when it came to flight, the idea of freedom. "Sire my orders are to drop you off and leave." Marwo's eagle was getting lower as he began unbuckling the bindings on the harness that held him letting him sleep on the shaky bird as he laughed. "Then leave us here we are close enough to Drakonian territory." The rider opened his mouth to speak but closed it as he sighed. "I will owe you a drink General." Laughing as he brought it low the talons dragging on the long grass as Marwo pulled on the last buckle not a spec of fear fogging his one eye as he slid off the tail end of the eagle and hit the dirt hard rolling and bouncing like a rag doll as he saw his brother had landed the eagle dismounting casually with a bow in hand sword on belt.

"I got the leader!" The young brother firing his bow the leader casually standing in the clearing yelped almost as it flew close Marwo picked himself up shaking the dirt from himself every bone screamed to lay down again but he moved to the dropped chest and pulled his 'slayer' blade a two hand slab of iron or steel with an almost dull edge but its size was puzzling as it slid onto a hook rather than a sheath on the heavy plate mail. "I'll go find what they are chasing." As he took great bounds the almost royal red cloak that was beginning to corrupt their court held his broken lance emblem in black on the back as he ran through the trees hollowing in old tongue to attract the Lizonians, probably attracting attention of others as the two eagles passed above the tree lines screeching fear into the lizards.

Finding The Way Back From Destruction Indian10Sienna slowed, her ankle throbbing. She should've waited. She should've listened to her brothers. But...shoulda, coulda....woulda. It was too late now. She heard one of the Lizonians coming for her and drew her shortsword, spinning around to face the walking lizard. It was an ugly one.....uglier than any of the others. He faced her, a smile splitting his thin lips, his forked tongue darting out tasting the air. His snake like eyes stared at her, never blinking. His razor sharp, pointed teeth dripped with saliva as he too held his own blade, eager to do battle. He towered over her by a foot and a half and outweighed her by well over a hundred pounds. For the first time, Sienna was scared.

He lunged at her, the tip of his blade slicing into her upper arm as she spun out of the way a sharp cry escaping her lips. She was light on her feet, her sword finding it's way to slicing multiple times on his chest through the leather armor he wore, her sword razor sharp. Blood soaked her sleeve from the deep cut but he bled more.....weakening. She watched as his blackish blood ran down his torso, watched as he stumbled, weakening from the deep gashes to his chest. She stood there, ready and waiting when he lunged a last time. Sienna jumped, moving to the side but he'd anticipated it, moving with her pulling his small dagger and throwing it. It sank deep into her left thigh, the cry that escaped her lips drawing a smile from the Lizonian before he fell to the ground, breathing his last breath.

Sienna's hands shook as she reached for the handle of the dagger sticking out of her left thigh. She cried out in pain as she pulled it free, blood streaming from the wound. She looked around, pulling herself to her feet. Her adventure to see the Eagle riding Bear clan had turned into a disaster. She had to find the proper herbs to stop the bleeding. And fast. It was then she heard heavy footsteps, shaking her head. She wasn't sure she could fight another Lizonian. She tilted her head back and howled for her pack, hoping she wasn't too far that they wouldn't hear her.

Finding The Way Back From Destruction Guts_Portrait_zpsb2a962aa
She smelt him before she saw him the thick scent of blood overpowering to her heightened senses like he had torn and bathed in the blood of a lizonian, worse the thick scent of fear that slipped across the ground like a fog. A lizonian almost tripped on her as it ran past not even noticing her crying for her pack as it turned gibbering in its gutteral tongue. When Marwo stepped round a large tree his gauntlets coated in blood his sword untouched. The huge man drew the attention of both onlookers as blood hazed minds played tricks seeing fog emenate from the feet of the man and the one eye a barely contained madness as he began to chant in Celtic. It knew it was the last one apart from its leader still blowing a desecrated horn for backup that would never come as Marwo unsheathed the brutal two handed sword 'slab of war' it had be nicknamed. Marwo smiled a feral grin he almost personified a feral bear from his clan the 'dead hero' his legend gave him flesh and standing as he stepped forward the lizonian lifting a battered sword to parry but the sheer weight simply pushed the blade through it all.... iron, scale, flesh, bone and to end hitting the dirty with a wave of cascading blood as it spilled to the ground the body peeling in two by the ferocity of the swing Marwo took a deep breath giving a last Celtic pray of rest to the dead.

That was when his still hungry eyes turned on her he lifted an eyebrow the one eye swung across the area taking in the impression on the dirt the crude intelligence held in the eye spoke his years of fighting. "A simple fight you should have just stepped back when u had him drained." As he turned back to her he heard a distant gurgle which he hoped was his brother finally finished playing with his prey the leader as Marwo slowly began to move forward. Who knew what a fear fettered mind would make of the gore speckled colossus of steel walking towards her with steady meaningful strides. He stopped as he slowly bent at the joints bringing a heavy knee crunching onto the heavy rooted earth as he tilted his head to the wound she had forgotten to keep howling and now she questioned. 'What kind of diplomat were the bear clan sending out to Drakonians?'

Finding The Way Back From Destruction Indian10Sienna watched the great hulk of a man approach her, her amber eyes wary yet curious. This was an actual member of the Bear clan. She wondered then if he rode the great Eagles when she heard the cry of one and looked up then over towards the great meadow through the trees and it was this wondering along with the awe she felt that had her ignoring his scolding words to her.

She couldn't see the meadow, she was too far into the trees but she could hear the cry of a lizonian with the cry of a great Eagle. Turning back to him, her injured leg shook at the strain of keeping her upright yet she refused to sink to the ground. Just because he was of the Bear clan didn't mean she trusted him.

"I am Sienna Tulmerac of the Silver Wolf clan in the southern Aurean mountains", she said as she introduced herself again hearing the cry of a great Eagle. "Do you truly ride them? The great Eagles?", she asked her amber eyes filled with wonder, the wariness leaving them only to return when he took another step towards her.

He towered over her, she noticed. More so than the lizonian. Her head only came to his chest and she had to crane her neck back to look up at him, noticing that he only had one eye. Her head tilted as she studied where the missing eye should have been, lifting a small hand to trace the scars left there only to quickly withdraw it, realizing what she'd done in touching him. She mumbled a 'sorry', looking ashamed even though she didn't look away, her gaze not wavering from him. She noticed the blood all over him then and looked down at herself, seeing that the only blood on her was her own yet she must look a mess. Her long, black and silver hair hung to her waist with leaves and twigs sticking from it. She had dirt streaked across her cheeks and her nose and her tunic was torn. She looked like a wood nymph with her large amber eyes and small form yet the way she still held her shortsword spoke of her training.

It was then that her leg finally gave out and with a small cry of pain she slid down the great tree she'd been leaning against, her face paling. She struggled to get back to her feet, "I must find the proper herbs to stop the bleeding", she explained wondering if she said them to him or more to herself to remind herself what she needed to do. Her pant leg was now soaked with her blood, the lizonian dagger having missed the femural artery but still stabbing to the bone.

As she struggled to once more get to her feet she again wondered how her little adventure turned so disasterous and knew that she'd never hear the end of it once she made it home. Her brothers would hound her for days over this and her beloved father would probably not allow her out of his sight for weeks. Sometimes it was too much being the youngest and only female of the litter.

"Thank you!", she suddenly exclaimed to him, realizing she'd not thanked him for helping her with the lizonian scouting party. "I am not sure I could've eluded them...not all of them. So, thank you for your help, Sir.......", she tilted her head again finally making back to her feet even though it didn't seem like she would be able to stay on them for very long. "What is your name?", she asked unabashedly before groaning as her face paled even more as she sank back to the ground again.

Finding The Way Back From Destruction Guts_Portrait_zpsb2a962aa
Marwo blinked as his words were ignored and her own wound Marwo heard another cry of the eagle he guessed his little brother was feeding the damn thing again. He saw the distrust in her eyes as she saw feral power contained on a hair trigger hot violence entombed in the calm cold features. Marwo smiled as she spoke he raised the eyebrow further daughter of the Tulmerac out with scale faces.

"I personally hate the feathered fiends but they have their uses." He didn't give his name immediately. He let out a laugh as she apologised for touching the scar left at the corner of the eye the eyelid sewn shut to prevent infection touching the socket.

"A symbol of my sins for the Bear clan." Her sword never left her as she had held it in a loose ready stance she was adaptable it seemed then considered her appearance as wild as the forest around them, she gave a bare whisper of herbs as she strained normally he would have taken off and moved on but he feared with her wild nature being injured was almost sure death he opened his mouth to yell the small pup as he yelled for his brother.

"What were you doing little brother?" The youngling was looking to his newfound friend to escape the lecture Marwo was giving his brother. He had been told to stop feeding the eagles then he noticed Sienna's wound an opportunity of escape.

"You brute Marwo she's injured." The name Marwo seemed strange to her as in the druids 'ancient' invocations (Celtic/Gaelic)someone had named their child under lady Marwoleath a deity of death, Marwo finally decided to introduce themselves as his little brother bounced forward to help the two almost opposites in nature.

"My name is Marwo Arwr, Seventh Son to Lord Bear." She accidentally spoke its loose translation as 'dead hero' a cursed name if one believed in fate and the 'Lord Bear' had her smile knowing once a leader came of power they were stripped of name and title to lead the clan.

"The young lad helping you is the eighth son, Llafn Clyfar." Who happened was producing some unknown herbs to her as he calmly mashed them into a thick paste seemingly ignoring the tense shortsword.

"We came by Eagle from the homeland over the seas we come to 're-engage good relations with Drakonia." Marwo stepped forward and a slight surge of panic as strong hands held her arms the little brother was sat on her legs.

"This is going to hurt." The lad being honest as fingers pushed the mixture of herbs into the wound she wanted to cleave the blighter in two Marwo stopping her as it went on as more of the herb were applied to the wound before he finally produced a bandage to place over the wound giving his diagnosis.

"The herbs will naturally bind the flesh together pulling it closed while being assimilated into the body giving pain relief and should prevent infection the bandage is for any excess blood that be forced out through excessive work and holds everything cleanly."

She was practically on the brink of passing out from the pain with black blotches in her vision he patted her softly as he stood back up letting go of her arms as his little brother moved off into the trees towards the two eagles giving off cries. Marwo shook his head as he offered a hand and an arm to help her up. "We had better give our goodbyes before the eagle's fly back.".

Finding The Way Back From Destruction Indian10Sienna look at Llafn, nodding her head when she saw him pull out his pouch of herbs along with a small mortar and pestle, preparing the paste. She'd recognized the name and what it meant yet she showed no fear of him, if anything she was only more in awe of him.

She smiled, opening her mouth to tell Marwo that she was the youngest of five and the only female when Llafn sat on her legs, her eyes widening as she was startled then narrowing as she prepared to skewer him. Suddenly, Marwo's strong hands held her arms and she heard Llafn's words of this hurting, her amber eyes filling with panic only to be replaced with intense pain as Llafn filled the deep stab wound with the herbal paste. She didn't cry out, indicating her pride and maybe training when instead she bit her bottom lip. But she couldn't stop the small whimpers of pain as her pain filled amber gaze held Marwo's gray one until Llafn was finished bandaging. It took everything she had not to pass out but by the time Llafn removed himself from her legs and Marwo leg go of her arms the pain was already receding. She smiled at Llafn, thanking him before giving him a small hug for wolves were usually affectionate creatures.

She accepted Marwo's aid in helping her up, feeling the small shock of awareness when their hands touched her shocked gaze darting up to his. But she said nothing, instead listened as he spoke of good-byes remembering that he said they were on their way to see the Drakonians.

"OH!!! Well, that is great!!", she exclaimed excitedly. "I was on my way to see if the rumors were true about the great warriors of the Bear clan riding the great Eagles and then was going to go on to visit my Drakonian friends and their dragons. Ellie Tiennen and her dragon Soonie are good friends. Perhaps I could ride with you and introduce you", she said to Marwo, her gaze hopeful. "If not then I will simply meet you there", she said to them although she was unsure now as to whether or not she could walk the distance with her leg the way it was. Even with Llafn's herbs it would take days before her leg was fully healed.

Marwo let his single eye wonder across the trees. "Let us hope my rider is feeling negotiable he was meant to leave me here and head back as I'm not the diplomat." Laughing as she wondered what he meant. They came into the clearing the Eagle rider who was surprisingly short was yelling at Llafn about feeding the Eagle who was somewhat playfully pecking at his brother the huge eagles almost terrifying but awe inspiring.

"You don't have anyone to tell about the scouting party?" Then a thought occurred. "Freed!" The rider Stopped yelling popping his riding goggles up. "What?...Sir." Remembering the authority Marwo held adding the sir slowly.

"I need you to get to Silver Wolf camp." The man nodded slowly but the pause was deliberate. "On foot." The rider winced at the words he looked to the lass seeing the bandage and the heavy lean for support though the woman gritted her teeth.

"I'll take a boat back to the Celtian Islands then if u want to let them loose at Drakonia's camp once I inform the wolves I shall meet them home." This had Marwo smile patting Freed on the arm. "A true friend." But Freed left somewhat hesitantly but he was fast to disappear on strong legs as Marwo looked to Sienna.

"Ever rode one?" As he helped her into the harness he had been in on the overseas journey across. He pulled himself into the saddle a little clumsy as she saw Llafn slide Into the saddle with most unnatural grace on the brother eagle that clicked its sharp beam ready to be off.

"It shouldn't be long then we can have you rest safely with friends." He didn't touch the reins as the birds communicated and once again Llafn's picked up the chest they were bringing lifting with heavy beats of wings it lifted off unlike them the bird took two b poo bouncing steps then with a lurch and a blur of movement the ground shrunk as it gained altitude to reach its burdened brother as Sierra grabbed into the straps that help his platemail to him as it dawned on her she was flying with the great eagles a myth to be whispered.

"How did you know it was warriors coming and not simple political pawns for diplomacy?" Her words had caught his attention this was a peace mission surely not some attempt to breach more war after all the treasury was draining more peace the people hiding coin for taxes he feared under his brothers leadership the Celtians would do something reckless.

She heard his question and smiled at him, "They way you are dressed, Marwo. I would think a diplomat would be dressed more for show than hunting or fighting the way you are dressed." While she spoke, he lifted her with ease into the harness strapping her in and she that his hands spanned her waist easily. She was tiny compared to his large frame. Then she was grabbing a hold of the leather straps that crisscrossed his back and they took off.

Sienna clung to Marwo, crying out with wonderment as they took off.  She was flying on a great Eagle with Marwo of the Bear Clan!  Her laughter as the wind caught her long hair carried through the wind as she clung tightly to him.

She looked down at the ground so far below, the trees on the sides of the mountains as they made their way to the middle of the mountains where the Drakonians were now living with their great dragons.  She could feel the wind on her face, bringing tears to her amber eyes but she felt freer than she ever had in her whole life.
If only her brothers could see her now!  They would be in awe of their little sister and more than a little angry for her injury.  Thinking of them made her snicker.  She should be healed before she returned back to her pack so they wouldn't be any wiser but then she remembered Freer.  Marwo had sent him to her pack to let them know what had happened.  She sighed a sorrowful sound.  Her joy would be shortlived once she returned home.  They would scold her harshly and she would probably be unable to leave their sights for at least a few weeks.  Her father would be even worse.

Until then though, she would enjoy this experience as she tightened her legs against the Eagle, spread her arms wide, threw her head back and howled in joy as she sat on the great Eagle behind Marwo.

Azulan's mother talked to him, and then he walked outside of the cave to Saihara. She looked at him and asked ~What did your mom say, Azulan?~ Azulan answered ~She told me that we have to go to the Aurean mountains.~ Saihara looked back down at her old village and then at Azulan, giving him the signal its time to go. Azulan leaned toward Saihar to let her on his back. She got on his back with her quiver strapped to her back and her bow inside it. ~But lets go hunting first, Azulan.~ Azulan agreed with her, and jumped off the edge of the cave, then he unfolded his wings, and flew into air.

They were flying over a forest near a small village when Saihara heard a twig snap, she looked down and she saw twenty-five lizard-like creatures. ~Hey, Azulan, what are the lizard-like creatures in the forest?~ She asked. Azulan looked down in the forest and saw what she was talking about. He looked back in the direction he was going and answered, ~They're lizonians and they are heading towards the small village up ahead. What do you want to do, Saihara?~ She did not answer Azulan because this is her first time fighting other creatures. Azulan decided without his rider's decision to go in to the village to help the people fend off the lizonians. Saihara thought of landing in the village to tell the villagers about the creatures, but Azulan thought of a plan before Saihara could tell her plan to him. ~I thought of a plan.~ Azulan said to her. ~What is it?~ she asked. ~We help the village but we do it my way.~ He said wit th a growl. Saihara did not ask why he growled.

Saihara looked back down and saw the lizonians stopped near the edge of the forest. She looked back at the village and saw that the guards were getting ready for the attack from the lizonians with archers on the gate. Saihara leaned forward in her saddle, giving Azulan the signal to dive. Azulan dived and turned to the right of the village, going to straight into the clouds. The lizonians saw the dragon and thought that the dragon was on their side. The villagers thought the dragon had a sorceror riding it and fear ran through them. The lizonians ran straight toward the village and the guards shot arrows at the creatures, but they didn't slow them, only took a few lizonians. When the lizonians got seven feet of the gate, the villagers and the lizonians heard a roar. They all stopped attacking and looked up to see the same dragon diving straight toward them. Azulan opened his wings, bent his head down, and breathed fire straight through the gap, burning some of the lizonians who tried to get to the village. All of the remaining lizonians retreated back to where they came from, and the villagers cheered. Azulan turned around toward the village and landed inside the village. Saihara dismounted from Azulan and one of the villagers came up to her and said, "Thank you for protecting our village." "We try to help out villages who are under attack by those ugly lizonians." Saihara said. One of guards came up to her and asked "Where are you heading young rider?" Saihara looked at him and answered "Please, call me Saihara and this is Azulan, my dragon. We are heading to the Azula Mountains." "Alright, but be safe. I heard that it's dangerous that way." "Thank you." Saihara replied. Saihara mounted Azulan after the villagers gave her some food and water. The villagers backed up and Azulan flapped his wings to get into air.

When Azulan was in the air, he turned to where the Aurean mountains, where the people of Drakonia, but the villagers needed help putting the fire. Azulan took a couple of cauldrens and got some water from a river. He flew back to the village with water and poured the water all over the fire. He put the cauldrens back in the village and flew torwards the Aurean mountains.

Finding The Way Back From Destruction Indian10Sienna clung to Marwo as they flew through the sky, her smile saying everything. She was amazed at the beauty and the feeling and couldn't believe that Marwo thought little of the great Eagles. But it was over too soon.

They landed where the dragons land within the mountain. It was a huge entrance to a cave that over the past one hundred years the Dragonians had carved out to serve as a hidden hanger. They landed with the ease of a dragon itself, Sienna barely even knowing that they were back on the ground. She waited for Marwo to dismount, smiling at him when he turned to help her, mindful of her leg. But she more mindful of her body sliding down the front of his, her amber eyes locked onto his as she slid down.

"Thank you, Marwo", she said in a shy voice when she heard her name being cried out. "SIENNA!!!! SIENNA!!!"

A young girl of about Sienna's age came running out into the 'hanger', stopping to look at Marow first as Sienna stepped out from between Marwo and the Eagle. Ellie grabbed her, hugging her then looked down to see her bandaged leg, a stain of blood showing through. "You're injured!!! What happened?!!", she exclaimed, Sienna explaining everything and then introducing Ellie to Marwo, Sienna making it a point to move back to Marwo's side. "He is from the Celtian Islands, Ellie and is here to speak to your father. I am here to vouch for him", Sienna said, looking up into Marwo's shocked eye at what she'd just said smiling sweetly.

Saihara and Azulan flew as far as they could go until needed rest. They only landed when they hunted, to get some water, or to get some rest at night. Azulan was tired from flying for so long, but he kept going umtil he reach the Aurea mountains. They killed three scouting groups of lizonians. Saihara and Azulan were starting to get tired but they kept going, no matter what happened.

They noticed that they were getting close to the mountains when they saw mountain tops. Saihara was happy and said, ~Wow! The Aurea mountains. I can't believe it! I'll be able to meet new people and other dragons, even though I can't speak with them.~ Azulan laughs a little bit, and says, ~Well, if you are able to talk to the other dragons, what would you say?~ ~I would say that it's nice to meet them, how are they doing, and how are their riders doing.~ She answered, and Azulan laughed at her answer. Saihara laughed as well and tapped Azulan on the neck.

They get to the mountains and land on one of the secret hangers. Azulan walks farther into the mountain so that none of the lizonians don't see him. Saihara was surprised to see so many different creatures in a mountain. She got off of Azulan, but stays in his sight, since the mountain is new to her. She moves away from Azulan a little bit and says, "Hello, my name is Saihara and this is my dragon, Azulan." Azulan translated what Saihara had said to the different creatures that did not understand what his rider had said.

Marwo slowly dismounted as they landed in front of the cave he couldn't help but admire the 'hangar' though as he looked around he remembered the granite buildings and sturdy walls a place that seemed almost impossible to fall but with dragonfire the sturdiest of foundations practically melted like wax, iron to the forge as his father once recalled.

He helped Sienna from the harness the buckles easily unfastened as she lightly touched the ground not a single sway from her he couldn't help but comment she was a natural flier as he suddenly heard a voice practically yelling over the silence at the hangar entrance as the two eagles playfully pecked at each his brother was pulling the chest his face red from exertion. "Need a hand little brother?" But the exclamations of he was fine just stuck on a small rock.

The two women bantered and introduced each other Marwo's one eye blinking slowly digesting the information he leaned sideways whispering so Ellie couldn't hear. "If I had known you were a friend to the 'princess' I apologize for any unjustly actions... a warning would have been nice." As he straightened up smiling to Ellie it looked feral than greeting and some of the guards eyed him suspiciously and even Ellie was tilting her head a little expecting the question of why a Celtian Warrior wanted to talk instead of a Diplomat but she held the pose tilted curious he couldn't help himself. "Yes?"

After Azulan and Saihara had rested for a bit, they decided that it was time to go look for more hangers and to explore the mountain for any other dragon riders. Saihara mounted Azulan and they walked to the hanger to take off. They took off, Azulan smelled something new to him and he didn't know what the smell was. All he knew was that whatever it was, it smelled like a bird, and he asked, ~I smell something strange. it smells like a bird, but i don't know what type of bird it is. There is another  smell, but it's mixed  with the bird smell. It smells like humans.~ Saihara  answered, ~There are riders and different creatures coming to this mountains. If the smell is near the mountain, then don't worry about the smells, Azulan.~ They flew until Azulan saw a big bird on one of the hangers, but he couldn't land because he saw two dragon riders come out of an old hanger. The two dragon riders flew up to Azulan and his rider while two more wait until the other two have made the new dragon rider land for infestication. The two dragon riders looked at Saihara and said, "You have to land so we can talk." One of them pointed at the old hanger that they had flown from to meet the dragon rider. Saihara gave Azulan the signal to land, and Azulan dove to the hanger and landed while the two other dragon riders landed as well.

Two other dragon riders came out and had Saihara and her dragon walk into the cave so all five of them could talk without having any lizonian or sorcerors spotting them and the mountain. When they were in the cave, one of the dragon riders asked, "Who are you and what is your purpose here?" "I am Saihara and this is my dragon, Azulan. We are here to help the Drakonians and the other creatures to fight against the lizonians and the sorcerors." She answered while looking at the four dragon riders. "Where did you come from, Saihara?" Saihara did not answer the dragon rider because she only remembers the mountain she grew up in with her dragon and his mother. ~We grew up together in a mountain with my mother. My rider does not remember her village, but she does not know how to say it without your rider questioning her more.~ Azulan said to the rider's dragon through thought. The dragon turned his head and told his rider through thought on what Azulan had said about his rider. The rider nodded his head at his dragon, letting his dragon know that he understood and looked at Saihara. "So, Saihara, what are the bow and arrows for?" the rider asked. Saihara looked at him and answered, "The bow and arrows are for hunting and taking down lizonians." The rider looked at the others and they nodded their head. "You are can go and fly to the hangers."

Azulan and Saihara flew to where Azulan saw the big bird. They saw where the bird was and landed in the hanger. When they landed, Saihara dismounted from Azulan and walked in front of her dragon. She was shocked to see more people and creatures and she looked at the bird and asked herself, "What type of bird are you who was with you?" Azulan giggled and kept an eye on her, but he also looked around. He did not know anyone or any of the creatures that he saw in the hanger, so he had his guard up in case something happened.

Marwo's and Llafn welcome wasn't as well received as Saihara as more and more Drakonian guards mustered to the hangar the clank of weapons and whispers of speculation as some guessed why they had been summoned. Marwo was about to address Ellie again when a man in a particularly over-plumed feathered helmet came forward to her shoulder side, Marwo kept his one eye on him as he informed the 'Princess' of his deeds quiet enough for even his acute hearing to pick but then Ellie whispered it a little loudly as the dragon followed Saihara watching the eagle harmlessly cluck at her.

"The One-eyed dragon slayer Marwo?" This piqued many interest as many of the guards rested hands on weapons. "He killed three dragon's and their riders on the Celtian Isles." Marwo was smiling to the Officer who spun this fact into the very tension in the air though he didn't stop though as he crossed the line. "A sorcerer's pet." Marwo reached for the sword his little brother standing infront of him waving his arms like scaring a wild beast Marwo growled as he looked around him realising his position. Guards with drawn weapons, taunt bows with a grim look of murder in  their eyes Marwo had proven the Officers next point.

"A temperate Celtian Warrior not a diplomat to discuss future peace and trade... this is like a declaration of war by your people's traditions." Marwo vowed under his breath this man would not have mercy if they met blades but he relaxed breathing in. "I was sent as an asset to assist with your military strength once contact had been made to ensure the Drakonians were still fighting the sorcerer's the two were eyeing each other many of the onlookers were measuring the Rivalry between these two generals before Llafn sighed as he kicked the chest. "Can we just get some business finished or are we going to murder one another over who has the biggest eyelashes." Marwo turned to his brother shrugging as he looked back to Ellie. "That depends on the decision of what will be in store for us Llafn."

Azulan tenced up when he saw the guards with weapons and Saihara turned around and asked, "What's going on?" "This man was a dragon killer. We can't trust him after what he has done." One of the guards answered. Saihara walked to Azulan and as she walked, her leather chaps made a brushing sound. She looked up at Azulan with her violet eyes looking into his green eyes that were staring back at her.~Who is the man that was a dragon killer?~ Azulan asked Saihara. ~I don't know, but the drakonians don't like him at all.~ She answered him and looked at Marwo. "Who is he?" The guard looked at her and then, back at Marwo. "His name is Marwo." the guard answered. She looked at Azulan and then, back at Marwo. ~I don't understand why they don't trust him. He looks innocent.~ She said through thought. ~He may be, but I don't know. Who knows, you may be right but I wouldn't take the chance at trusting him.~ Azulan replied to her and looked at Marwo.

Finding The Way Back From Destruction Indian10Sienna was in shock at the way the Draconians were receiving Marwo and his brother. She knew who Marwo was...and she knew that he'd saved her life when he could have left her in the woods to bleed to death. She cast a look at Ellie who shrugged her shoulders indicating that she was at a loss as what to do. So....Sienna stepped in, placing her much smaller body in front of Marwo's as if to protect him, her attention focused on Major Dorian, the man with the plume.

"Major.....first off may I mention that your treatment of Ellie was uncalled for." She was smiling that 'sweet' smile again at him, causing a pain filled groan to come from Ellie as the young dragon rider cast a glance to the one eyed Marwo. The girl saw the expression in his one eye and shook her head at him, letting him know that to speak now would do no good. Sienna was now in a mood.

"I am sure that her father will appreciate knowing that you 'shoved' his daughter aside, making it clear to all that her word is to be taken as non important." At her words, Dorian's face reddened but Sienna kept that 'sweet' smile on her face. "As for Lord Marwo, he came here peacefully and to give aid in your soldiers training. I vouch for him and as such should be good enough for you and ridiculously plumed hat. Whatever his deeds, they were done in the past during extremely unstable times and as you know there are dragons here who, at one time during the great battle, had sided against us yet they were given the benefit of the doubt when they saw the error of their ways." At her words, her gaze lightened onto Ellie as her dragon was one of those very dragons. "As the daughter to the Alpha and King of the Silver Wolf clan I am strongly requesting that you, your men and your....hideous plume stand down and allow Ellie's father to speak with Marwo. If you cannot do so then as the daughter of the Alpha to the Silver Wolf clan I will have no choice but to speak to the General and your leader about my clan severing ties with you therefore no longer acting as look out nor protecting the southern mountains." At her last words, those brilliant amber eyes turned hard as stone, that smile gone from her face. Her tone told Dorian that she meant every single word of what she said. Then his face paled even more when little Ellie, no bigger than Sienna, walked over to stand next to her friend, the two small young women standing in front of the much larger Marwo, their arms crossed under the breasts and a mutinous look on their very stubborn faces.

Major Dorian was smart enough to realize that he took the chance of digging himself a very, very large hole if he took these two small women at face value. He'd been on the receiving end before when they'd set their minds to something and stood as a united front. It had not gone well for him....not well at all.

Clearing his throat he acted as if he were thinking about all that she'd said then nodded. "Okay then, Lady Sienna. If you and Lady Ellie would be so kind as to escort Lord Marwo and his brother to the General I can get back to more important issues." He turned, barking orders at the others to stand down as well as turning to their other guest and speaking to her and her dragon.

"You must be Saihara and your dragon, Azulan. It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance. The dragons have already conversed with Azulan through their mental link and Jador, my dragon has already informed me all that Azulan knows. I wish to welcome you to our home and I would show you around but I have duties to preform." He barked out a name and a young man of about eighteen years of age came running forth, saluting the major who saluted him back then turned to Saihara. "Jacob...this is Saihara and her dragon Azulan. Saihara....this young man is Jacob and he will be showing you around as well as where Azulan can to and visit with other dragons, rest, bathe, eat or all of the above. Jacob will also show you to the guest chambers where you may sleep should you choose to remain with us." With that said, Major Dorian stomped out of the stone hanger followed by his men.

Sienna let out a breath she'd not known she'd been holding as did Ellie when Ellie looked to her best friend, "Sometimes, Sienna, you scare me", she said with a laugh. "No wonder your father and brothers allow you to trek all over the Goddess' creation alone." Sienna laughed then turned to crane her head back so she could look Marwo square in his good eyes. "Now....shall we go so Ellie and I can introduce you to her father?", she said with a chuckle her amber eyes all but glowing with mischief.

Finding The Way Back From Destruction Indian10Sienna and Ellie led the way after having assured Marwo's brother that the great Eagles would be well cared for should he choose to come with them. Sienna smiled up at Marwo, "See....are you not glad that you brought me along instead of sending me home?"

They walked through tunnels that had been pain stakingly made, the walls smooth with torches hung every six feet to light the way. There were other tunnels that branched off, each with it's own name plate so that no one got lost. They passed the great dining area, the smell of something wonderful cooking wafting to them. Ellie was explaining everything to Marwo on how everyone here worked together to keep the community running smoothly and safely. Further down were the living chambers for the married couples with families while up above them were soldier's barracks. She explained how there was more than one soldier's barracks spread throughout the community. These were the foot soldiers and no one knew exactly how many soldier's barracks there were or where all of them were strategically placed. On the far side of the mountain was where the dragons and their riders lived, again their living and nesting quarters spread out so as not the have all of them sitting in one area in case of an attack. And each and every room they passed had the semblance of a door, whether it be a half door indicating an eating and drinking area or a full door, indicating living chambers. There were even multiple hot springs to bathe in, single men and women separate while a few were reserved for the mated couples. There were also four infirmiries all well equipped.

Finally, they made it to their destination. Ellie's father's office. She knocked on the massive wooden door, waiting for his gruff voice to bid her to enter which she did so without hesitation, moving swiftly to him as he sat behind his desk pouring over papers and maps to kiss his stubbly cheek. "Hello, Papa."

Bright blue eyes turned up to his daughter's face, softening the second they lighted on her. "Hello my little hellion", he said with great affection. Turning then, he studied the massive man standing in frong of his mahogany desk, one of the few luxuries he allowed himself. Then his lit upon Sieanna, again softening as he looked to his daughter's best friend and second daughter to him. "Sienna...child, I was informed that you'd been injured by a scouting party and this gentleman here saved your life. Is this true, child?"
She nodded her head to him, her hands clasped behind her back as she stood very respecfully facing him. "Tis true, General Tiennen. If not for Marwo coming when he had I would have bled out", she said with truthfulness for her injury to her leg had been close enough to her femoral artery that she would have have very easily have bled out.

General Forester Tiennen then stood, unfolding his own massive six foot four inch frame from his chair to come around his desk and study this man who'd saved the girl that he looked upon as a second daughter. As the two large men stared at each other, the girls shifted from one foot to another, nervously. Finally, General Forester held out his hand to shake Marwo's. "I owe you a debt of gratitude, sir. Sienna is like a second daughter to me and my Ellie's best friend. Her father is a dear friend to me as well. I know who you are and your past", he said holding up his hand at Marwo bristling as if preparing for more judgement. "But I hold nothing against you. The past is exactly that...the past. I welcome you to our humble dwellings and look forward to watching you teach my men new techniques of fighting.

The whole time he spoke to Marwo, Sienna never left Marwo's side, standing there to silently give him her support

Marwo had held his tongue as he moved to his brother and lifted the other end of the chest carrying it between them as they moved slowly he looked to Sienna.

"You hardly needed to grill the poor lad, he might accuse the Celtians if the Lizonians get this far up." His younger brother said nothing as he considered the guards but didn't raise his point seeing the dragon considering Marwo. The dragon could sense a barely contained hatred for what seemed everything and strangely the aura the 'human' gave off was that of a dragon rider...or a dragon itself but the whispers around them spoke of his madness of challenging other dragons on foot which hardly seemed believable the dragon put it all down to the thick smell of people that he was incorrect of his assumptions of Marwo's nature.

Ellie began her tour though she spoke to Marwo she gradually found herself talking to Llafn who gave responses and reacted to the atmosphere and locations, unlike Marwo who was coldly regarding the spacious tunnels but such an environment haunted him still a hard look to his eyes. Sienna who finally found the words and curiosity to ask wondered what did he see. In a cryptic sort of way he  answered unable to help himself. "Home, The temple of stone and water, I fought among its caverns against the clans that would invade." She turned to Llafn expecting a broader answer.

"The temple is the only entrance to the village by land, through a gorge which has many caverns and tunnels like this as its rumored as the first dragon nest on our Isles but long since inhabited by the Bear clan, great alters and shrines were erected inside it... most were destroyed when the war began and Marwo was one of many who had been trapped on the day they had pushed into the temples the beginnings of his legend." Chuckling as Marwo glared at him at the unneeded explanation of what had seemed almost trivial for him as they stood at the heavy door of her father and were granted entrance.

Marwo placed down the chest with his brother once they had stepped inside as he looked to the man and gritted his teeth his mind was a whirlwind of thought here was an honest general and veteran as he looked to Llafn who was also eyeing the chest between them as the man slowly brought his huge frame up towards them. Llafn was tense, Marwo brought himself to an almost presentable Drakonian attention as Marwo was offered his judgement which was almost friendly and a hand to shake more relatable to Celtian culture. It brought a smile to him as he took the offered hand. "I pray they don't need teaching from a Vagabond soldier like myself they would learn more from General Scyien if he is still among your men as Oldest do-gooder?" This had Forester smile as he knew the old man who had long since given up the title general. "Your Uncle Scyien he did mention he hoped you survived the war at Celtian." He turned to Llafn who had no idea who they were discussing the women had a faint idea an old man who mostly drew art at an orphanage.

"Marwo was a political prisoner before the civil war broke out in his country, he learned Drakonian culture, before he was Llafn's age when he went back to fight I believe... took you long enough to win." Both smiled knowing it had been a long ten years before the Celtians spoke again though Marwo winced.

"Though I fear the contents of a message I am meant to give you will cause great alarm rather than help." As he pushed open the shared chest an array of weapons built for the two brother were nestled inside but also a smaller chest which he lifted out with ease and held out to the General they both could smell the faint decay coming from inside.

Little did Marwo know it was the Emissaries head of the Drakonian 'council' it was hardly a gift as Marwo sensed either his brother sent him to die or get him free from the dark set corruption he had suspected in the absence of his father within the Celtian people the Bear Clan were under the sway of the Lizonian and their sorcerer leaders.

Azulan looks at Saihara, and then, looks up to look at all the people. ~Saihara, what do you want to do?~ ~I want to meet more people before I go looking around.~ Saihara walks past Jacob, and walks to Marwo, and stops at twelve inches away from him. "He...hello? My name is Saihara."

Azulan looks around, fixes his gaze on Marwo, and walks towards Saihara and stands behind her. He still stares at him, and lays down to stay close to Saihara. ~I don't trust him, Saihara. I may not have met him, but there's something about him that I don't like.~ ~I just want to meet him, and the people around him.~ Azulan snorted, but never took his gaze off of him.

Ellie smiled at the young dragon rider, "Tis nice to meet you Saihara and your dragon.  I am Ellie Tiennan, daughter of General Tiennan and fellow dragon rider.  This is my best friend, Sienna of the Lyconians and her.....errrrr", she looked to Sienna then to Marwo, unsure how to introduce him.  She knew her friend was already smitten with the large man but she wasn't sure how he felt about Sienna.  Mentally shrugging she simply smiled, "This is Marwo, a friend to Sienna and her protector as if it were not for him she would no longer be with us."  Sienna smiled at the young woman and her dragon, nodding to them both in greeting as she watched a young squire approach Ellie and speak to her quietly in her ear.  Ellie nodded to the boy, saying something back then the boy ran off.

Ellie looked to Saihara, "Forgive us, but Marwo, Sienna and I must go meet with my father.  Please allow Jacob to show you around and help you get Azulan settled."  She then turned to Jacob, her gaze stern.  "You are to treat Miss Saihara and Lord Azulan with the utmost respect due to our guests.  Make sure she knows her way around and that Azulan is settled comfortably within the nesting area but also put him in the nesting area closest to Saihara.  I believe both would be more at ease closer to each other until they are better used to us and our way of life."  Jacob nodded to Ellie before turning to Saihara, "Please come with me, Miss Saihara and if you would, Lord Azulan."  He waited until they were ready to follow him before leading them deeper into the caves, showing them around.

Ellie grinned at Sienna and Marwo, "Shall we?", she asked before turning and heading down the caverns to her father's office.

Marwo and Llafn had a faint memory of their introductions to the dragon rider and dragon Marwo had been unnerved at the meeting as he quickly gave a formal bow before moving away from the dragon his single silver eye avoiding the gaze of the dragon.

But in the office of the general Marwo was biting the inside of his cheek as he shrugged closing the chest on the head of what he didn't know was the cousin to the general as he sighed. "Lads head mess hall mix with the other bear clan.... it seems negotiations of trade have broken." Marwo nodded in understanding it was a fair decision from the general and he shook the hand turning to Ellie. "Your fathers a great man."

Llafn and Marwo slid out from the office letting Sienna and Ellie hug their 'guardian' the two moving down the tunnels the chest between them as they slowly headed to a mess hall to eat but soon found themselves in one of the many 'rowdy' drinking halls for off duty and civilians it wasn't long before some people cleared a space for the obviously over armed men as they slid to a table.

Ulric was moving down market street wait... Tunnel moving between the stores in his full silver plate the dulled chainmail and his long wolf cloak one wouldn't expect him to be from the wolf clan till the golden eyes moved back to his friend next to him Randal another previous Clan bear messenger the man was a giant compared to Ulric who was already towering over many of the warriors who were on duty patrolling for pickpockets and other criminal activities. "You know people trade 'dwarven' steel as a black market good when its just refined elvish metal into plain weapons?" Randal raised an eyebrow at the easy going nature of his friend they were both acting as Mercenaries in the Drakonian army. Randal had taught them to defend their caves before settling back to help Ulric with open mountain warfare... as contradictory as the title sounded one using every advantage they had on the valleys and natural cliffs they had against the Lizonians was important. "Lets move to a mess hall Ulric we already have the supplies we need to move towards the plains the Wolves Clan can't prosper with all this war on their lands and not the plains."
